Collectively, we have noted expertise in contract law, commercial law, real estate law (commercial and residential), real estate development and other land use planning, business advisory services and wills and estate planning. But, in general, we enjoy practicing law in the role of general counsel, advising our clients directly in those areas of law where we have the necessary expertise, and helping our clients enlist whatever assistance may be required from specialists outside of the firm in other areas.
