Kathleen Robichaud

 

KATHLEEN ROBICHAUD,
B.A.ADM, L.L.B

Kathleen Robichaud grew up in North Bay, Ontario, moving to Osgoode with her family in 1987. She remained in Ottawa for many years and obtained a business degree from the University of Ottawa in 1994. She earned her law degree at Queens University, graduating in 1997 and waswas called to the bar in 1999. Kathleen articled at Perley-Robertson in Ottawa and then moved to Toronto to work for Genest Murray DesBrisay Lamek for approximately one year. She began working as a sole practitioner in the summer of 2000.

Kathleen was a part-time instructor at Centennial College in 2003 and 2004 and taught courses in civil litigation, wills and estates. Kathleen is a member of the French Language Services Advisory Committee for Legal Aid Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association and the County of Carleton Law Association, and a Member-at-large of the executive committee for the Solo, Small Firm and General Practice forum of the Canadian Bar Association. She sat on the Board for Homeward, a Community Mental Health Organization and of the Ontario Public Interest Research Group.

Kathleen’s practice includes Construction Law, Corporate Law, Real Estate, Wills and Estates. She has appeared before several administrative tribunals and in both Superior and Provincial courts. She moved her office from Toronto to Manotick, in the summer of 2010 and joined our firm as an Associate in February of 2012.
